Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course you can cancel your subscription at any time!
The quickest way to do this is by logging onto your account and following the prompts to cancel. Your request will be processed immediately and your card won't be charged from that point forward.
Alternatively, you can contact one of our friendly team members at help@balgo.co to request a cancellation of your subscription. Please note, however, that it may take up to 1 business day for them to process your request.
Can I postpone or skip a delivery?
Totally. Just log into your account and edit the delivery frequency so your next delivery lines up with the date you would like.
How long will it take to see the results from my dog’s supplement cookies?
When our supplement cookies are taken on a regular daily basis, most dogs will begin to show improved health results within 12 weeks.
What will my dog's supplement cookies taste like?
Our supplement cookies are made with a unique blend of super tasty plant-based ingredients including sweet potato, vegetable stock, brewer's yeast and barley malt syrup, which are combined with our range of proprietary, natural supplement formulas with scientifically proven health benefits. Our supplement cookies are also Vegan Society certified and are 100% safe for canine consumption.
If your dog happens to turn their adorable wet nose up at their new supplement cookies, try adding a small amount of dog-friendly peanut butter or plain yoghurt (plant-based or dairy), on top of each cookie.
How much do Balgo’s supplement cookies cost?
We currently offer a free 7-day trial box (normal price £9.00), so you can be sure your dog likes their personalised supplement cookies before continuing with a monthly subscription. The 7-day trial box contains 7 daily sachets with your dog’s recommended curation of cookies. Please note, we charge a non-refundable £2.95 shipping fee.
Our monthly subscription boxes contain 30 daily sachets of your dog’s recommended curation of supplement cookies and the monthly box costs £29.50/ month (just £0.98/ day), for Small to Medium sized dogs and £39.50/ month (just £1.31/ day), for Large to Extra Large sized dogs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We deliver to England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland and our 7-day supplement cookie trial boxes are sent by Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked delivery and our monthly supplement cookie boxes are sent by Evri and take 48 hours to be delivered. We also ship 7 days per week.
