Why do you include your ingredients at the front of your pack?
The lack of regulation around dog nutrition products makes it difficult to find clear and understandable information for dog parents. We challenge the current status quo by not only providing clearer information on our products, but by publishing our active ingredients on the front of our packs.
We ensure that all ingredients we use are not only supported by scientific papers, but also meet the UK feeding guidelines of authorised products, which is not the case with all products from alternative brands.
How long will it take to see the results from your supplement chews?
We're focused on developing the best veterinary strength, natural supplement chews to aid and support your dog's wellbeing. When taken on a regular daily basis, most dogs will begin to show noticeable results in 8 - 12 weeks.
Will it be easy to feed my dog your supplement chews?
Our supplement chews are made with yummy peanut butter, which make them easy to feed as tasty treats or rewards.

Yes, our supplement chews are Vegan Society certified vegan, meaning they're free from all animal products such as meat, fish, dairy or eggs and from all animal by-products.
Don't dog's prefer meat based nutrition products?
While it's true that dogs like meat-based products, it's also true that dogs became omnivores thousands of years ago, because of their domestication and close association with us humans. This means they can enjoy and thrive on a diet that includes meat and/or plant-based alternatives.
We advocate for a flexiterian approach to reducing our carbon footprint. Our vegan dog supplements are created using carefully selected plant-based ingredients that provide the essential nutrients your dog requires. Many dogs have successfully transitioned to or incorporated vegan supplements into their diets with positive results.
Are your dog supplement chews allergen-free?
Yes, our supplements are hypoallergenic, they're grain and gluten free, pesticide-free and non-GMO.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We use 0% plastic on all our packaging. Our supplement chews come in compostable packs made from plants using FSC & PEFC certified paper, with a lining made from corn. Our shipping boxes are made from recyclable cardboard and use water based tape making them fully recyclable.
Is shipping free?
We offer free delivery with all subscription sales (with no minimum order value requirement) and for one-time purchase sales we charge £1.95 per order.
Can I postpone or skip a delivery?
Yes, just log into your account and edit the delivery frequency so your next delivery lines up with the date you would like.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time!
The quickest way to do this is by logging into your account and clicking on the cancel button of the subscription you want to cancel. Your request will be processed instantly and you won't be charged from that point forward.
